TikTok has started testing links in bios and post feature

TikTok has reportedly started testing of a feature that lets users add links to their bios and posts, which can direct audiences to products or services.

According to a video of the service in action posted by Fabian Bern, a marketer, it looks like audiences can purchase products featured in videos directly from the videos themselves.

Now TikTok is trying to make its easy for influencers to earn from their audiences. At present the only way to make money on TikTok is to do brand deals off-platform. But now it looks like it is going to change very soon.

Right now TikTok most direct comparison is Instagram. Which currently allows users to purchase products featured in influencers posts and stories it also is the originator of the phrase link in bio.

The feature is reportedly under test and at the moment we don’t know wen it will be available globally. But it is something that most of the influencers are waiting for and would like to use it very soon.
