Earlier in March YouTube announced that it is about to release a dark mode for its mobile apps, starting with its iOS version. Now, Android users are beginning to get the feature on their apps.

YouTube added a dark mode to its desktop site last year, and as the company said it became one of the most requested features for its apps. 9to5Google reports that the new feature has began rolling out yesterday, notifying all its users with a prompt. It also says that it can be turned on and off in the app’s settings.

Now its been a long time of its announcement and finally and now its finally rolling out. If you can’t see the option wait for a few days and it will soon be available with an new update.
